Eligibility & Responsible Use
- Maltiply is intended for adults of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction.
- Users must use the app responsibly and in compliance with local laws.

Accounts & Registration
- Users may create an account to access collection tools, reviews, valuation history and personalised features.
- Users are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity on their account.
Section 4
Memberships, Billing & Upgrades
- Some features may be free, limited or available through paid membership plans such as Whisky Connoisseur.
- Paid memberships may renew automatically unless cancelled, and pricing may be updated with notice.
Section 5
Scans, Valuations & Market Information
- Maltiply provides whisky scans, menu scans, pricing insights, rarity indicators, auction references and market context.
- Valuations, MRI scores and market insights are informational estimates only and are not guaranteed resale prices or financial advice.
Section 6
Reviews, Ratings & Community Content
- Users may submit reviews, ratings, tasting notes and shared cards.
- Users must not post unlawful, misleading, offensive or infringing content.
- Maltiply may moderate or remove content that violates platform standards.
- A separate review-level opt-in grants Maltiply permission to syndicate the review rating, tasting descriptors, comment, publish date and display name to approved partner sites with attribution.
- Users may withdraw that permission later; withdrawal stops detailed syndication without changing whether an otherwise-public rating contributes to anonymous aggregate statistics.

Collection, Wishlist & Alerts
- Collection tracking, watchlists, notifications and sold-bottle alerts support whisky discovery and decision-making.
- Alerts and updates may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable from time to time.

Marketplace / Buying / Selling Disclaimer
- Maltiply may surface retailer, auction, bar or market information, and may support buy or sell related features.
- Maltiply is not a guarantee of availability, authenticity, transaction completion or third-party conduct unless expressly stated.

Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the platform, interfere with systems, scrape content, upload malicious material or attempt fraud.
- Do not use Maltiply to violate laws or the rights of others.

Intellectual Property
- The Maltiply brand, app design, text, graphics, MRI framework and platform content are owned by Maltiply or its licensors.
- Users may not copy, reproduce or exploit them without permission.

Suspension & Termination
- Maltiply may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose a risk to the platform or community.
- Users may stop using the app or request account deletion, subject to operational and legal requirements.

- Maltiply does not warrant uninterrupted service or absolute accuracy.
