Ardbeg Tribal Edition 10 Year Old, Ex-Bourbon Cask, 2010, 46%

A Maltiply member's tasting notes and whisky impression.

87 / 100

This sounds bold and peat-led, with citrus and vanilla giving the smoke some contrast. The long, smoky finish and espresso notes may be a lot if you prefer a softer style, but the mix has clear character.
