MacDonalds Glencoe Finest Malt 8 Year Old, 58%

A Maltiply member's tasting notes and whisky impression.

87 / 100

The rich sherry, caramel and toffee have a welcome counterpoint in the sea salt and tart citrus. There’s plenty of character here, though the slight rubbery or sulphury edge on the nose may not suit everyone.
