Blanton's La Maison Du Whisky Itinéraires Single Barrel Bourbon, Cask #354, Letter L, 2025, 50%

A Maltiply member's tasting notes and whisky impression.

87 / 100

The character has a clear contrast: dark honey and ripe cherry bring sweetness, while charred oak and warm tobacco give the palate a drier, more grounded edge. Caramelised brown sugar and vanilla bean on the nose add to that sweet side, and the finish stays warm and oaky with lingering bourbon spice. That balance makes this a distinctive, warmly flavoured bourbon without relying on a crowded list of notes.
