Blanton's Single Barrel 2022 Edition For La Maison Du Whisky, New American Oak Cask, Cask #11, 2023, 63%

A Maltiply member's tasting notes and whisky impression.

87 / 100

The caramel and vanilla alongside toasted oak and warm spice make this an appealing, clearly grounded bourbon character. There’s plenty going on in the notes, but those sweet and woody elements give it a fairly easy thread to follow.
