Booker’s Bardstown Batch No. 6 has a clear sweet-and-spicy pull: caramel and vanilla meet cinnamon and black pepper, while oak and cocoa keep the sweetness from taking over. That’s more interesting than simply piling on dessert notes. The oak-led character gives the sweetness some structure, and the contrast makes this feel engaging without turning it into a crowded list of flavours. A warmly inviting bourbon with a little spice to keep things lively.
