There’s a nice contrast between the warming baking spice and the softer, silky butterscotch on the palate. Buttery popcorn adds a lovely texture, while the coffee grounds and sticky ginger cake give the nose some darker, richer edges. The finish keeps things simple with toasted oak and sweet spices. It sounds generous and well layered, with enough variety to hold my interest without losing its clear bourbon character.
