Evan Williams 8 Year Old 1990s, New Charred Oak Cask, 43%

A Maltiply member's tasting notes and whisky impression.

84 / 100

This old-school Evan Williams is exactly what I like in a bourbon. It has plenty of that corn sweetness and charred oak character. It's a straightforward, solid pour from the 90s that doesn't try too hard.
