Glenburgie Cask Series 020 27 Year Old, Refill Hogshead Cask, 1995, North Star Spirits, 51.7%

The warm honey alongside citrus and black tea is the part that appeals to me. Grilled lemon and huckleberry make it a brighter choice than I usually go for, but that sweetness keeps it interesting.
