88 / 100

There’s a lovely balance here between the creamy, silky texture and the brighter fruit. Pear and coconut meet a little Sherry acidity, while malt and charred oak give the palate more depth. The strawberry preserve, walnuts and cinnamon add another inviting layer, and the strawberry jam and caramelised pineapple carry that fruit into the finish. It sounds generous and layered without losing its easy, creamy character.
