Glenturret 7 Year Old Peat Smoked, American Oak & European Oak & Refill Cask, 2025, 46%

A Maltiply member's tasting notes and whisky impression.

84 / 100

The dry, malty palate gives the peat and dark wood smoke a clear place to sit. Orchard and dried fruits bring some contrast. It sounds firmly smoky, but not without softer fruit and chocolate notes.
