Glenturret Reserve 11 Year Old, Sherry Cask, Cask #987, 2001, Gordon & MacPhail, 46%

A Maltiply member's tasting notes and whisky impression.

87 / 100

The sweet sherry and ripe fruit sound inviting, while the darker chocolate notes give it a drier edge. That shift from cherries and raisins to cocoa and dark fruits makes this a particularly appealing sherry-led Highland malt.
