Isle of Skye 18 Year Old, Oak Cask, 40%

A Maltiply member's tasting notes and whisky impression.

82 / 100

The gentle smoke giving way to citrus zest is a good fit for an unhurried drink with friends. Rounded malt and dark chocolate on the finish add enough depth to keep it interesting after dinner, though the smoky side stays fairly restrained.
