Jefferson's Old Rum Cask Finish, American Oak & Rum Cask, 45.1%

The mature oak gives the sweeter nose some balance, while dark chocolate and dried fruit add depth to the spiced-rum palate. I prefer a more restrained style, but the rounded, lingering finish has its appeal.
