A Maltiply member's tasting notes and whisky impression.

88 / 100

Stewed fruit and orange marmalade give the nose a warm, spiced direction, with cinnamon and ginger adding a little lift. The palate moves into raspberry compote and baked apple, while soft almond brings a gentler note. That shift from rich fruit to softer, rounded flavours sounds especially appealing. The long, smooth finish with a touch of spice gives the whole picture a calm, coherent close. A very inviting set of notes.
