A Maltiply member's tasting notes and whisky impression.

87 / 100

Vanilla butter cream, milk chocolate and Victoria sponge set a soft, dessert-led direction, while sweet oranges, sultanas and oaky musk bring contrast. White chocolate, figs and Earl Grey tea give the finish a more distinctive turn. That combination suits my preference for clear sweetness alongside an oak note. As a single grain rather than a malt, it sits outside my usual focus, but the described character sounds balanced and appealing.
