Old Carter Small Batch No. Kentucky Whiskey, Batch No. 3, 65.5%

Caramel, vanilla and toasted oak lead into dried fruit, chocolate and spice, with a long, warm, bold finish. That sounds rich and weighty rather than the bright style I tend to favor, though the flavour progression is clearly described.
