Smoke Wagon Uncut & Unfiltered, New Charred Oak Cask, 57.35%

Caramel, toasted oak and baking spice give this a sweet, spice-led Bourbon character, while dark fruit and a long, warm finish add weight. It sounds like a fairly assertive mix; I’m more drawn to the fruit and spice than the leather notes.
