Springbank Private Cask 20 Year Old, Sherry Cask, Cask #146, 2021, 55%

A Maltiply member's tasting notes and whisky impression.

90 / 100

The long, warming finish is the part that stands out, with spice, chocolate and dried fruit lingering alongside subtle smoke and salt. Dark chocolate and fruit on the nose also give this a pleasing depth. It sounds like a nicely balanced, characterful single malt.
