Rich fruit and sherry give this a warm starting point, with almond and vanilla kept as hints. On the palate, dried fruit and spice sit alongside smooth sweetness, while a touch of oak adds contrast. That balance sounds approachable to me without becoming plain. Lingering sweetness and a hint of smoke bring a quieter change at the end. This feels like a sherried single malt with enough detail to hold interest.
