The appeal here is the shift from warming spice on the nose to brighter fruit on the palate. Cardamom and cinnamon sit alongside sugared almond and a little orange, before marmalade, melon and peach come forward with another pinch of baking spice. Stem ginger and creamy caramel give the finish a different, softer edge. That contrast feels focused and engaging rather than crowded.
