Wolfburn Latitude is a Scottish Highland single malt with a nice contrast: sweet fruit and toffee alongside floral smoke and charred oak. That mix keeps it from reading as simply sweet, and gives this Bourbon & Sherry Cask whisky a character I find appealing.
