Having both bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks named is helpful, and the notes have a clear contrast: sherry fruit and dark chocolate alongside coastal peat and smoke. That combination sounds appealing to me, especially with the long, sweet finish; the slightly burnt or metallic note keeps it from sounding entirely polished.
