Nose
Powerful and maritime with damp, salty aspects of the tideline. Not medicinal, rather smolderingly damp without being too smoky. Sherry with ripe fruit compote, nutty caramel, hazelnut cream candies, perhaps some Toffifee.
Palate
Almost thick and creamy sweet, which is immediately relativized by the smoke and wood.
Finish
(Not explicitly separated, but the palate description implies a continuation of smoke and wood balancing sweetness).
