Description
A.H. Hirsch 18 Year Old Reserve Straight Bourbon Whiskey was distilled in the spring of 1974 at the historic Pennco/Bomberger's (later Michter's) distillery in Schaefferstown, Pennsylvania, using a copper pot still sour mash process. Bottled in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky by Julian Van Winkle III in approximately 37 cases (around 444 bottles) sealed with gold wax, it represents one of the rarest and most legendary releases in American whiskey history.
