Description

An independent bottling company and cask owners club located in the Scottish town of Fintry, founded in 2020 by Jack Breslin and Dana de Vos. This is part of the 'Park Life' series, a short series of bottlings showcasing the character of one particularly legendary Highland distillery. This 20-year-old single malt has spent its entire maturation in an ex-bourbon cask, delivering a bright, elegant whisky. It is bottled un-chill filtered, natural colour, and without unnecessary intervention.
