A 2007 Lowland single malt from a mystery distillery that was matured in a pair of ex-bourbon barrels and one ex-sherry butt for 13 years, before being bottled in 2021 by Elixir Distillers, as part of its Single Malts of Scotland Reserve Cask Parcel 7.
