Nose
Opening with pronounced florals (daisies, dandelion and cotton sheets), zingy citrus, gentle touches of baked goods, hints of wet potters clay. With water, more sweetness from honey, creamy custard, and a bizarre note of Crayola crayons.
Palate
A wave of tarty lemon juice, pancake batter with sugar and lemon, vanilla, crumbled limestone. Mid-palate bitterness builds with herbal mixture of dried grass and menthol. With water, diminished arrival, tinned tropical and stone fruits.
Finish
Medium to long with lemons and moisture sucking dryness.
