Nose: Rich and sweet with notes of tangy orange, glazed cherries, raisins, plums, apples, pears, honey, malt, graham, toffee, and a hint of ginger and cinnamon. Some oak and cereal grain notes are also present.
Palate: Sweet and fruity flavors of apple and cinnamon crumble, ripe peaches, nectarines, strawberry jam, and dark fruits. Balanced with spicy notes of liquorice, cloves, pepper, and a hint of mint. Honey, marzipan, vanilla, toffee, char, and cocoa also appear.
Finish: Long and rich, with lingering fruitiness, cooking spices, sugary biscuits, red apples, vanilla, maple syrup, and a touch of dry spice and oak.
