Nose
A lavish array of dark fruits, including plum and blackberry, melds seamlessly with aromatic notes of dark chocolate, leather, and a hint of tobacco, all enriched by the lush sweetness of Oloroso sherry. Sweet summer berries rest alongside warming pepper and woody spice, with robust, roasted coffee beneath.
Palate
Velvety and full-bodied, the palate offers a symphony of flavors such as ripe cherries, figs, and dates, alongside dark chocolate and a robust spiciness that adds complexity and warmth. Generous layers of red fruit and berries. Strawberries and jammy currants bring perfect accompaniment to the creamy malt at its core.
Finish
The finish is exceptionally long and indulgent, with a continuing richness of sherry sweetness, complemented by an elegant spiciness and subtle oaky undertones. Buttery biscuits with jam, a touch of clove, and creamy vanilla.
