The first batch of Adnams English single malt from indie bottler That Boutique-Y Whisky Company. This 7-year-old whisky was distilled at Adnams Distillery in Suffolk, England, and matured in a French Oak cask. The label design is inspired by ghost stories surrounding the Adnams brewery. This is part of the Home Nations Series and is a limited release of 406 bottles.

Spicy notes of malted grains, oak, vanilla, and overripe apples, with cooked apple and overripe pear drizzled with runny caramel, and a hint of old oak furniture.
Palate
Rich notes of chocolate and coffee initially, followed by malt, honey, oak, stewed apple with cinnamon spice, rounded malt, more orchard fruit, and a kick of cinnamon.
Finish
Long and lingering, with honeycomb, molasses, and a touch of bitter coffee, and lasting molasses and honey richness.
