Nose
Fresh and vibrant with warm woodiness, hints of black coffee and peppercorns. Fruity notes of dried forest berries, apricots, sweet raisins, red berries, and grape, with a light sugary caramel and subtle acidity.
Palate
Light-bodied, delicate, creamy soft, mild, and round. Initial fruit notes give way to vanilla, honeycomb, and fudge. Distinct bitter notes, leather, and a herbal aroma emerge, with a woody sawdust note and a unique smoky character (not peaty).
Finish
Medium-long and evolving, with a delightful mix of fresh and dried fruits, sweetness, coffee, and chocolate. Gently drying and warming, with lingering sweetness, a rustic oak character, and a slightly tingling spiciness.
