Akashi Meisei Deluxe Sherry Cask is a Japanese blended whisky from the Eigashima Distillery. It is made from a 50/50 blend of malted barley and grain whisky, initially matured in American oak barrels, and then finished for one year in sherry casks. This process imparts complex flavors with hints of dried fruits and spices.
