Description

A Japanese distillery located in the town of the same name on the island of Hokkaido, specially selected for its similar climate to those of the Scottish Outer Hebrides. Its peated and non-peated single malt is all aged on the island. The flagship brand of Scottish independent bottler, Adelphi Distillery Ltd. First introduced in 1993, bottlings were labelled as Adelphi Distillery before the range. This is a single cask, peated expression, drawn from a first-fill bourbon barrel.
