Description

The fourth and final New Born in the Akkeshi Foundations series, this is a blend of malt and grain spirit. It was aged for 13 to 30 months in sherry barrels. The malt, accounting for over 60% of the blend, was distilled and matured at Akkeshi Distillery, including 5% 'Ryofu' malting barley grown in Hokkaido. The grain portion was imported unaged from Scotland and matured at the Akkeshi Distillery. This release is part of a popular series from the Akkeshi Distillery, located in Hokkaido, Japan.
