Description

Signatory Vintage, one of the largest independent bottlers in Scotland, bottled this spectacular single malt from Allt-á-Bhainne for their Cask Strength Collection. Distilled on 26th July 2000, this whisky spent two decades in hogshead casks before a final eight months in a single fresh sherry butt. It was bottled on 29th March 2021 at a cask strength of 52.4% ABV, with a total outturn of 552 bottles.
