Produced by a famous Lorraine distillery, this version bottled by the Dauphiné distillery is aged in a barrel that contained an oloroso sherry before being matured in a barrel that contained a Pineau des Charentes. Absolutely remarkable, it restores with great distinction peaty, ashy, medicinal, fruity, chocolate, floral and honeyed notes which give it an undeniable old school character.
