Description
Amrut Cask Strength Indian Single Malt Whisky is produced from Indian barley grown in the fertile plains at the foot of the Himalayas, often in the Punjab region. It is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and new charred oak barrels at 3,000 feet above sea level in Bangalore, where the hot and humid climate accelerates maturation, typically for a minimum of 4 years. This unpeated whisky is bottled without chill filtration to retain its natural characteristics.
