Nose
Bonfire smoke, shortbread, roasted nuts and sweet sherry. Toffee apples, honeycomb, sour cherry pits, mulled wine, smoky Bakewell tarts, fresh hot tarmac, cloves and star anise.
Palate
Layers of peat smoke and sherry, cherries, warm spices and almonds. Sweet and spicy with cinnamon and cherry candies; an oily and slightly acrid smoke carried on toward old tires, dusty earth, and a touch of olive brine. Dark cacao powder, cacao nibs and clove oil.
Finish
More smoke, long and oily with pine cones and sugar ginger. Long and ashy with cinnamon candies and a touch of licorice. Rubber, dirty smoke.
