Description

The inaugural release from the Ardara Distillery in Donegal, this 2025 Edition is a heavily peated (55 ppm) single malt. It is produced using a unique 'all grain in' method where the entire milled grain is distilled in triple copper pot stills. Matured in a combination of bourbon, virgin oak, and Oloroso sherry casks using a solera system, it offers a rich, smoky profile with notes of orchard fruits, nuts, and tobacco.
