Nose
Salt and pepper crisps, peanut shells and a touch of butterscotch. Intense and briny peat, citrus, sweet grassy malt.
Palate
Smoky and spicy in equal measures, with a flash of lemon bringing freshness. Sweet malt, smoke is clean and light, sweet vanilla, butterscotch. Thick, rich, sweet, honey, lemon meringue, lime soda, pepper, tobacco, caramel.
Finish
Lasting toasted nuts and sea salt. Super sweet, thick caramel and brown sugar. Long, rich and sweet, loads of ashy, wood burning smoke, rich vanilla butter cream and a nice citrus tart dessert cake note.
