- Smoked oats, sweet honey, crispy bacon, spice, hay, and gentle malt. Assertive peat, seaweed bonfire smokiness, antiseptic lozenges, peppery, and oily. Flavors of ripe autumn fruits, chocolate limes, black coffee, liquorice, parma violets, creamy vanilla, ashy notes, brine, black pepper, pineapple, lime juice, charred, caramelised oak, and salted butter. Also, green notes like apple skin, green tea, dry white wine, bitter almonds, paraffin, cough syrup, petrol, grapefruit skin, barbecue smoke, marshmallow, and sal ammoniac.
- Finish
- Long and consistent with dried peat and creamy notes. Lingering sea salt, minimal pepper, oil, ginger spice, cold smoke, ashes, exotic fruits, cigar tobacco, brine, lime pith, toasted oak, and a salty, maritime tingle.
