Ardbeg Eureka! is a limited-edition Committee Release single malt Scotch whisky crafted to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Ardbeg Committee (2000–2025). The expression marries peated single malt aged in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks with roasted malt spirit matured in ex-bourbon casks, bottled at a cask strength of 52.2% ABV.
