Nose
A seductive mix of toffee and chocolate sweetness, cinnamon spice, medicinal phenols, fresh citrus (lemon, lime), white wine notes, melon, pear drops, creaminess, sea spray (iodine), smoked fish, hickory, and coffee.
Palate
Initial moderate sweetness followed by deep peat notes, tobacco smoke, strong espresso coffee, treacle sweetness, liquorice, and a lightly spiced, chewing, mouth-watering, full, and finally dry mouthfeel. Lemon and lime, black pepper, cinnamon-spiced toffee, brine, buttermilk, bananas, currants, warm creamy cappuccino, toasted marshmallows, dry espresso, and tarry smoke.
Finish
Long and smoky, with a smoky sweetness, crushed peat, sweet malted cereal character, tarry espresso, aniseed, toasted almonds, soft barley, fresh pear, sea salted caramel, and beach bonfire smoke.
