Description
Pronounced 'Oog-a-dal', Ardbeg Uigeadail is a special vatting that marries Ardbeg's traditional deep, smoky notes with luscious, raisiny tones of old ex-Sherry casks. Named after the distillery's water source, meaning 'dark and mysterious place', this heavily peated, non-age statement whisky is non chill-filtered and bottled at 54.2% ABV. It has received numerous accolades, including World Whisky of the Year in Jim Murray's Whisky Bible in 2009 and 2010, and Whisky of the Year at the 2021 International Whisky Competition.
