Nose
Hints of dunnage warehouse, toasted Soreen, barbeque sauce, jet fuel, buttered white bread, bright grassy earth, brambles, minty raspberry, crème brûlée, runny caramel, fireworks, cedar sauna, petrichor, sugary fruit pastilles, iodine, crisp green apple, stroopwafel, and biscuity malt.
Palate
An earthy, woody, smokey spice bomb with bready, salty, juicy, jammy, sharp red fruit notes, soily peat, fudgey bacon, maple syrup, barbeque-glazed ham, fresh ream of paper, an oily mouthfeel, wet hay, malty vanilla, rich tea maltiness, and buttercream.
Finish
Sweet, salty, and earthy with notes of freshly-watered summer damp soil, a sharp and hot sensation, and farmier peat.
