Nose
Cooked fruits (pineapple), balsamic vinegar reduction, lacquered wood, dark damp soil, strawberry bubblegum, fresh herb, musty stewed fruits, burning candle wicks, dates and figs in syrup, cigar boxes, subtle notions of an auto body shop.
Palate
Fruitier, plums, fruit jelly cup lychee, amaretto, burnt herbs, crispy, oily, musty and rich with dried figs and stewed plums, subtle balsamic vinegar and lacquered wood; gradual shift toward herbal tobacco and slightly burned caramel, a touch flinty and mineral with dirtier hints of an old garage.
Finish
Medium length, burnt herbs, Fig Newton filling, spice, memories of dried fruits and fresh cut grass.
