Nose
A wonderful oaky sweetness with loads of dark fruits like plum, red grapes, and blackberries. The smokiness is very apparent at first, but very quickly fades away on the nose. A faint hint of citrus and copper.
Palate
Quite funky on the first try, with loads of engine oil and sweet smoke. I also get baskets of fresh bread, almonds, assorted fruits and sweet oak. Extremely savory, with a slightly meaty profile. All in all a very sweet and sticky dram - nice!
Finish
A rather long and slightly dry finish with lots of sweet fruits and sweet smoke.
