Nose
Sweet vanilla, stewed fruits, milk chocolate, and subtle smoky notes mingle with medicinal and sugary peat, salty beach notes, and dry sherry. Hints of spicy ginger, baking cookies, and woody smoke are present.
Palate
Creamy and sweet with white pepper, ripe plum, blackcurrant, and apple flavours, complemented by spicy cloves and a charred oak edge. Big sherry and peat notes are evident, alongside berry syrup, mint, fresh ginger, and a slightly tarry, bitter character.
Finish
A long, dry, and tangy finish with dried berries, currants, black pepper, and dry red wine. Salty and ashy notes combine with sherry, apricots, pencil lead, hot clove, cinnamon, and chilli-chocolate.
