Crispy lemon wedges, aged honey, baked earth, balsamic and apple cider vinegar, green apple blossom, dried vanilla, beeswax, faint woodsmoke, lemongrass. Subtle, mellowed with age and full of depth.
Palate
Lemon and green apple boiled sweets, beeswax, dried vanilla, meringue, toasted marshmallows over a wood fire, apple cider vinegar crisps, wood smoke, dried lemongrass. Gentle confectionary sweetness with a creamy, rich texture.
Finish
Peat, lingering herbal sooty-ness. Delicate and elegant.
